No service and replace parts available, after the valves got leaking , the $500 shower panel turns into garbage !!!!!

Purchased a new stainless steel sink from Corey at Titan. Great customer service, fantastic product at the right price. Corey even exchanged my sink when the one I initially purchased didn’t fit. Super to deal with and I will again. Thanks!

The products do not seem worth the price tags. I like to be offered free coffee, however.

Sorry, not this particular store, but the company as a whole is terrible. Zero quality customer service when trying to deal with a purchased item that's beyond late and only offer a 10% discount on a future order worth no more than $100, but would have to call and be put on hold for 20 minutes before getting a discount hold for said future purchase.

This (male) shopper likes to fire into and out of stores, but that changed with a recent trip to the Linen Chest in Pinecrest Mall, so I am giving credit where credit is due. The aisles are wide, displays are colourful, layout is excellent, and complimentary coffee is top-notch, but this is the best part: each of price, service, and quality gets 10/10, which is the first such rating I have given any establishment. I am still smiling about the experience, good times. Thank you, Janice and team.

I will first start by saying before I book with any company I do my research and this company did not disappoint. From the receptionist who takes care of all your needs over the phone to the owners who provide grade A customer service and who show their pride in their work all I can say is WOW! I could not be happier with the end results for my waterfall island,countertops and backslash. After getting several quotes not only were they the best price but end results were incredible. This is a smallish Rona but Is well stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they're open till 9 just about every night.

Ravioli making class was great, shout-out to Roman owner/chef/teacher from Artie’s. The Chef Supply store is amazing, literally the store has everything but the kitchen sink, oh wait. they have a kitchen sink too ;)
